Traditional Care Plans

All the simplicity, security, rich benefits and personal service that come with a traditional HMO/Point-of-Service plan – including a large provider network, no deductibles*, little to no paperwork and, of course, peace of mind.

And now, all MVP HMO members can access in-network providers with no referrals.

Personal Choice Plans

PPOs and EPOs with a unique combination of cost control, plus real dollars (up to $600 with TriVantage EPO) for fun and fitness – encouraging and rewarding positive lifestyle choices. Employees also enjoy the freedom of a national network, the convenience of no referrals, and access to a wide variety of unique health and wellness programs.

And now, all MVP HMO members can access in-network providers with no referrals.

  • MVP Preferred PPO or EPO Hybrids
  • TriVantage EPO – MVP’s innovative 3-in-1 plan

Active Lifestyles – with $300 for healthy activities, plus low copays on routine and emergency care

Family Focus – with $300 for family healthy activities (from bowling to sports camps), plus low or no copays for kids’ sick visits

Healthy Alternatives – with $300 for massage therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture and more


New Value Plans

Affordable high-deductible plans available with HSAs or HRAs – with innovative health and wellness built in. Our New Value plans represent a breakthrough in personal freedom and cost saving – helping your employees take full advantage of these innovative options, while minimizing administration for you.
